Here is a sample schedule of what you may experience:

• (10am) Arrive at Farm oli, chant, protocol
• (10:30am) Gather materials to build the imu (underground oven)
• (11am) Build  secondary imu 
• (12pm) Un-install food from the imu
• (12:30pm) Lu'au (Feast)
• (1pm) Takeaways, Debriefing, and Surveys
• (2pm)  Pau hana - End of Tour
