• (10am) Arrive at farm. Oli, chant, protocol
• (10:30am) Gather materials to build the imu (underground oven)
• (11am) Build imu 
• (12pm) Un-install food from secondary imu
• (12:30pm) Backyard, homestyle lu'au (communal feast)
• (1pm) Takeaways, debriefing, and surveys
• (2pm)  Pau hana - End of experience
